    What are the image dimensions and DPI?

    All mockups are JPEGs and are 300DPI.  Because we know that our customers may sell on a variety of platforms, each with a different image requirement, we try to include a 4x3, 3x2, and 1x1 ratio/crop. However, sometimes it is not always possible to include all 3 due to the way the image is shot.  Refer to the mockup details for which crops are included. 

    Our 4x3 crops are 4500x3375px

    3x2 crops are 5100x3400px

    1x1 crops are 3500x3500px

     

    How do I get my image(s) after purchase?

    Your file will be available to download immediately after purchase.  In addition you will also be emailed a link to download your file. 

     

    What programs do you recommend for overlaying my designs onto the mockup image? 

    The mockups can be used in most photo editing software, but two personal favorites are Photoshop and Canva. 

     

    Can I use Design Space or Silhouette Software?

    We do not recommend using Design Space or Silhouette Software as they were not designed for photo editing and do not handle large files well. However, if that is your software of choice we suggest resizing your image to under 2000 pixels before uploading it into the software. Otherwise the image quality may be suppressed.  

     

    Are your shirt colors accurate? 

    We strive to display product photos/shirt colors as accurately as possible. But due to the nature of digital photography, lighting, and editing the color may vary slightly.  Also, please keep in mind that colors may vary based on your monitor or screen settings. 

     

    How can I find a certain mockup brand or color on your site?

    We have worked hard to make our site as user friendly as possible by providing a variety of way to shop for mockups via our menu. You can shop by brand, apparel type, age, holiday, style and more. In addition you can always use the search icon to search for a specific brand or color.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Since our products are digital goods delivered via download immediately after purchase we cannot offer refunds or returns.  All sales are final.
